Prof McCanna
Was born in Cheshire, England. In 1996, shortly after obtaining her BSc (Hons)in Sociology and Social Research at Newcastle University, she decided to teach English as a foreign language in Milan, Italy. She left after six months to work in Prague, Czech Republic and Cork, Ireland, but returned in 2000. She's worked for a number of language schools in Milan and currently works for Università Cattolica and The British Council as an EFL teacher and at TeacherTraining.it as a CELTA tutor. She is DELTA qualified and has been approved by Cambridge ESOL to deliver CELTA courses. In her free time she loves going to the gym, yoga, watching her football team - Manchester United, cooking and eating.
